Job Description
Insight Global Health is hiring for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Houston, TX. You will be responsible of supporting clinic operations and providing exceptional clinical & customer service. Your primary focus will be on optimizing movement and function to improve clinical outcomes, recover from injury, manage pain, and increase patient/provider satisfaction.
Responsibilities will include:
• Attend team huddles with the entire staff, usually beginning around 8AM
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients using clinical observation and testing
• Develop inidividualized, evidence-based care plans to improve overall function
• Collaborate with care teams, patients, and caregivers to accomplish therapy goals
• 1-on-1 patient care, with a high focus on high risk (geriatric) individuals
• Manageable caseload - 8-10 patients per day
