Job Description

We are seeking a skilled PACS/Imaging Analyst to join our team. This role is fully remote and does not require onsite presence. The ideal candidate will provide support for our existing portfolio of imaging applications, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues promptly. This position involves PACS administration and project lead responsibilities, primarily focused on maintenance and support rather than system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide build support and maintain existing imaging applications in production.
- Serve as PACS administrator and act as project lead for assigned tasks.
- Backfill responsibilities for one of our analysts, including handling on-call duties and managing support tickets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GE PACS and Agfa systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Participate in daytime on-call rotations for a few days each week, adjusting based on team needs.

Required Skills & Experience

- GE PACS experience – mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with customers.
- Experience in PACS administration and project leadership.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Agfa Cardiology systems.
