Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Paralegal within the Freight Forwarding space for one of their top clients. This candidate will need to work 5 days a week onsite at one of the companies locations across the US. This role will be strictly a contract paralegal role and they will be reviewing, red lining, negotiating, etc. He/She will report directly into the Corporate Counsel, however, they need to be someone who works well by themselves and a quick learner. This role is in a very high pace environment so the candidate needs to be comfortable with that. They need to have excellent written and verbal communication.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience as a Paralegal

Heavy experience reviewing contract documents

Experience working in the logistics / freight forwarding space

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple agreements.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
