A client in the Greater Houston area is adding a Junior Business Analyst to their Tax and Payroll team to help run / support a functional payroll department. This is a mix of a functional and technical analyst role. The BA will assist with implementing best practices and strategies while utilizing PeopleSoft Software, while interacting daily with internal and external stakeholders. This BA will draft business case documents, specifications, and flow charting for changes to business processes, analyzes system modifications and navigation infrastructure for functionality and efficiency. Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical, or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. This role is a permanent opportunity, sitting in office 5 days a week, until the 6-month mark where the individual will have the option to work hybrid, three days in office, two days' work from home.
