Required Skills & Experience
· Solid understanding of Windows OS, Windows Server, and Microsoft ecosystem fundamentals
· Experience with troubleshooting across systems, applications, and infrastructure
· Ability to work with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
· Familiarity with basic networking concepts (not deep engineering)
· Comfort with hardware, systems repair, or data center operations
· Ability to document findings and follow structured troubleshooting step
