Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an HR Generalist for a permanent, direct-hire opportunity that will sit hybrid in Houston, TX. The Human Resources Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations and contributes to the effective
delivery of HR programs and services across the North America region. This role partners with leadership
and employees to support key HR functions including employee relations, HRIS administration, benefits
administration, immigration documentation support, and onboarding/offboarding processes. The HR
Generalist ensures HR practices are compliant, efficient, and aligned with organizational policies and
objectives. Occasional participation in employee events, meetings, and training sessions may be required.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role
Immigration support experience (H1B, F1, EAD etc)
ADP Workforce Now administration experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or similar

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

SHRM-CP, PHR or other relevant HR Certifications (preferred)
Experience working in Small/Midsized Company
Ability to work with international stakeholders in multiple time zones
SAP SuccessFactors experience (preferred)
Experience revising Employee Handbook
