A premier hospital system in Houston, Texas is looking to add to their Desktop Field Support team for The Medical Center campus. Each day, this person will work through tickets on ServiceNow and complete them accordingly. Ticket items will involve application hardware issues.

- Associates Degree OR at least 2 years of experience in a Desktop Support Role
- Windows 10 and 11, VDI and network printing experience
- Experience with standard software installs and hardware repairs
