Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager with strong Agile experience to support the delivery of software development projects. This role will partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Agile best practices.
The ideal candidate is comfortable managing cross‑functional teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, tracking risks and dependencies, and communicating clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. They will be responsible for meeting with the various business units, stakeholders, and leadership to understand the business requirements and provide those to the development team. This person will be responsible for writing user stories, facilitating meetings with the business and dev teams, and performing user acceptance testing to validate acceptance criteria.

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience working in a large enterprise level environment
Experience writing requirements and creating user stories
Experience working in an Agile environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with high level leadership as well as technical development teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI‑ACP, or SAFe
Experience supporting digital products, enterprise applications, or platform development
Background working in enterprise or regulated environments
Experience coordinating work across onshore/offshore teams
