Job Description
An employer in the Houston, TX area is seeking an Account Representative to join their Client Development team. This team is currently responsible for onboarding, maintaining and enhancing customer relationships from an operational perspective. On a daily basis, the Account Representative will be acting as the face of the company for all client engagement. They will be responsible for understanding client requests, ensuring quality delivery of requests, enhancing the customer experience, providing support for issues and problems that may arise and holding internal team members accountable for executing on client needs. This person should have a team-player mentality and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
This is a permanent direct hire opportunity and will be paying an annual salary of $60 - 65K with the opportunity for quarterly bonuses.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years' experience in an Account Manager, Account Representative or Customer Service role
Experience in solving customer challenges and conflict resolution
Ability to identify customer needs, requests and articulate those to internal teams to provide excellent customer service and client satisfactory
Ability to manage multiple projects / accounts / customers at a time
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Excel knowledge including vlookups and pivot tables
Prior experience in the Logistics or Technology industries
