Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Senior Technical Trainer to join their team, based in Fort Worth, TX, with travel to Torrance, CA. This individual will lead training initiatives for complex WMS implementations and system transformations, supporting large‑scale operational change.
The Senior Technical Trainer will collaborate with the Training Manager to develop scalable training programs, mentor other trainers, and ensure training strategies align with business and operational objectives. This role also plays a key part in training governance, measuring training effectiveness, and partnering with leadership to improve system adoption across the network.

Required Skills & Experience

● 7--10 years of experience in warehouse operations, WMS (Manhattan), or supply chain systems training
● Strong understanding of warehouse processes (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, inventory)
● Demonstrates strong facilitation skills, both in the classroom and virtual environments.
● Demonstrates intermediate skills in all phases of instructional design/delivery (ADDIE). Demonstrates working knowledge of e-learning development software and learning management systems.
● Ability to manage time, projects, and priorities.
● Has a high level of attention to detail, quality, and customer focus.
● Strong written and oral communication skills, experience in communicating effectively with a diverse group of individuals.
● Ability to travel up to 75% to warehouse sites during implementations
