Opening
We are looking for a Physical Therapist for an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Fort Worth, TX. This role focuses on delivering high-quality care to patients with neurological, vestibular, and orthopedic conditions in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Job Logistics
• Shifts / Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Location: Fort Worth, TX
• Travel: None stated
• Direct Placement
• Work Model: Onsite
Day to Day
• Evaluate and treat outpatient physical therapy patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage a daily caseload of approximately 12–14 patients
• Document patient progress and outcomes
Collaborate with PTAs and clinic staff
Compensation:
$70,000 to $85,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience
Requirements
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
• Outpatient clinical experience
• Ability to manage patient volume efficiently
Strong communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses
• Vestibular or balance therapy experience
• Neurological rehabilitation exposure
Experience treating patients with EDS or POTS
