A client in Flower Mound, TX is looking for a Lead Data Engineer to help with a Databricks implementation. The client is doing a complete rebuild of the data platform (currently have big query and information until they move everything to Databricks). This Data Engineer will load data from SAP and go through the entire ETL process (the client is implementing a medallion architecture). We are looking for someone who has experience implementing unity catalogues and implementing data bricks. This will be a 1099 contract-hire role (you will be a 1099 contractor with the client directly for 3-6 months before converting to a full time employee). This is a hybrid role in Flower Mound, TX
