Insight Global is looking for an Industrial / Logistics Commercial Real Estate Broker to join a rapidly growing organization that is transforming how industrial real estate and logistics intersect.
This opportunity is ideal for a driven commercial real estate professional with experience in industrial leasing, logistics real estate, tenant representation, landlord representation, and industrial acquisitions. The successful candidate will own deals from sourcing through close while building relationships with logistics operators and industrial occupiers across their market.
Unlike traditional brokerages, our client combines industrial real estate expertise with an established logistics network, creating unique opportunities for brokers to deliver both real estate solutions and business growth opportunities to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Source, structure, negotiate, and close industrial real estate transactions.
Manage tenant and landlord representation assignments.
Develop relationships with logistics operators, 3PL providers, occupiers, and investors.
Drive business development activities and maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
Leverage existing logistics relationships to create new transaction opportunities.
Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline reporting, and weekly activity cadence.
Partner with leadership and national teams to pursue opportunities across North America.

Required Skills & Experience
3-8 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience, preferably focused on industrial assets.
Experience in industrial leasing, acquisitions, tenant representation, or landlord representation.
Demonstrated success owning transactions from origination through close.
Strong understanding of lease structures, TI allowances, NER calculations, and industrial market fundamentals.
Active real estate license in the applicable market.
Strong business development and relationship management skills.
Self-starter with a producer mentality and entrepreneurial mindset.
