Job Description
As part of an international environment, this position is integrated within a multidisciplinary SAP team at the client site. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and locations, contributing to global projects (on SAP ECC6 and further S/4 HANA) and supporting business processes across multiple countries.
Within the domain FICO, the job holder is responsible for:
• System Customizing & Documentation:
Analyzing business requirements and customizing the SAP FICO modules accordingly, including Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Assets, General Ledger, iDocs, Interfaces, Product Costing, Profit Centers and Cost Centers. Preparing and maintaining the required technical and functional documentation for all configurations and processes.
• Development Coordination:
Managing and overseeing ABAP developments on FICO perimeter. Specify and ensure that all developments meet initial requirements. Support developers for any question related to FICO perimeter. Following the WRICEF approval flow.
• Testing Activities:
Planning, executing, and documenting unit tests and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions.
• User Support & Training:
Supporting BPOs for end-users during user acceptance testing (UAT). Providing guidance, and troubleshooting to ensure users can efficiently test the new solutions.
Support the Business during the Month end activities if there is any bug in the system related to the Closing.
• Level 2 Support:
Handling and resolving complex incidents and service requests escalated from the Level 1 support team, acting as the second line for functional and technical issues within the SAP FICO scope.
• Project & Maintenance Activities:
Contributing to both new project initiatives (implementation, rollouts, enhancements) and ongoing maintenance activities (issue resolution, continuous improvement, monitoring).

The FICO analyst will:
Design, Customize and Test solutions according to the target business processes of Safran Electrical & Power
Write functional specifications of target Solution
Perform customizing of solution and document
Ensure work-stream and cross-work-stream consistency of the solution
Drive and follow-up development (off shore)
Define and communicate expected data format for target solution set-up
Support local teams in local roll-outs
Execute Unit and integration tests
Support users during UAT
Perform go-live preparation
Support key users

Required Skills & Experience
-5-8 years or more of experience supporting at least one of the SAP solution’s FI or CO modules
-Experience in an international and/or multicultural environment
