A fortune 5 client is seeking a highly skilled Workday Compensation Project Manager to join their Human Resources organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the success of multiple projects within Workday, specifically the compensation function. They will be engaging with clients to gather requirements, managing expectations and establishing timelines, engaging in process optimization, providing backlog reporting and status updates to stakeholders managing bi-annual releases, and more. This role requires a client facing, dynamic, and solutions-oriented person who can drive high priority projects in a large-scale Fortune 5 environment.

Strong Project Management experience in Agile Methodology
Experience with Advanced and regular compensation functions within Workday
Proficiency with ADO for project tracking (other tools such as Jira or Confluence also acceptable)
Experience managing communication between IT and business functions, working closely with high-level stakeholders
Strong background in gathering business requirements and translating requirements into technical scope
