Job Description
Insight Global is seeking Full Stack Software Engineers to join a newly formed AI Engineering team within a large financial services company. This team is responsible for bringing AI capabilities into existing applications while also building new AI-powered platforms, agents, and workflows that enhance productivity for asset managers, portfolio managers, and investors.
The engineer will play a key role in developing and scaling a proprietary AI platform that integrates with internal systems, enables AI-assisted research, and helps users generate business artifacts such as presentations, analyses, and other client-facing materials. This is a highly visible opportunity to contribute to the design and implementation of next-generation AI applications from the ground up.
The ideal candidate is a strong full stack engineer with a particular strength in modern frontend development. The team is looking for someone who can work within complex UI environment and development of sophisticated user interfaces while also contributing across the stack. AI experience is beneficial but not required; the ability to learn quickly, solve complex problems independently, and build high-quality software is most important.
This role offers significant ownership, requiring someone who can think through architecture, drive implementation, and maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the development lifecycle. Ideal Candidate would be a frontend-leaning full stack engineer who is passionate about building modern AI applications, enjoys owning solutions end-to-end, and can help elevate the team's frontend capabilities while contributing across the broader AI platform.

-3+ years of software engineering experience

• Financial Services, Asset Management, or Wealth Management industry experience
