Job Description

This role helps the company decide where and how to expand fiber networks. The person looks at new markets, figures out if building fiber there makes sense, and creates early‑stage network designs to support business decisions. They combine technical knowledge of fiber networks with business planning. Their goal is to help leaders understand costs, risks, and feasibility before the company commits to building. They use planning tools and data to create scalable, cost‑effective designs and work closely with engineering, construction, sales, and finance teams to make sure plans are realistic.

Required Skills & Experience

· Experience planning or designing fiber or telecom networks
· Strong understanding of how fiber networks are built and scaled
· Experience using automated planning or GIS tools (Comsoff required)
· Ability to analyze data and turn it into clear recommendations
· Comfort working with both technical teams and business leaders
