Insight Global is seeking a Quality and Inventory Supervisor for one of our premier clients to sit at a new warehouse location in the Dallas, TX area. The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for supervising inventory control activities within a contract logistics e-commerce facility to ensure high levels of stock accuracy, integrity, and availability. The role oversees inventory processes including cycle counting, discrepancy investigation, replenishment optimization, system accuracy, and stock reconciliation, while supporting efficient outbound fulfilment and replenishment operations. The Inventory Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership to inventory and stock control staff, acts as the escalation point for inventory-related issues, and works closely with inbound, outbound, replenishment, and customer service teams to maintain service level commitments for clients.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in inventory and quality in a warehouse
1+ year of lead or supervisor experience in a warehouse inventory role
Customer fulfillment/3PL experience
WMS software experience
