Job Description
We have an upcoming need for an End User Training Lead to support a large‑scale implementation delivered through a contract engagement. This role will be responsible for leading end‑user training strategy, content development, and delivery to ensure successful adoption of new supply chain solutions across the business.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Supply Chain Management systems, with hands‑on experience supporting enterprise application rollouts and end‑user enablement. This individual will work closely with internal stakeholders, contract partners, and business users to ensure training materials are effective, scalable, and aligned with project goals.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the lead for end‑user training strategy, planning, and execution across multiple project efforts
Partner with contract resources and internal teams to review, refine, and deliver training content for supply chain solutions
Develop and manage detailed training project plans, timelines, and dependencies
Create high‑quality training materials including instructor‑led content, user guides, job aids, and reference materials
Lead and facilitate end‑user training sessions, workshops, and knowledge‑transfer activities
Coordinate training logistics, schedules, and stakeholder communications
Ensure training content supports change management, user adoption, and operational readiness
Travel to Toronto approximately once every five weeks to support key project milestones and stakeholder engagement

Strong background in Supply Chain Management solutions (Blue Yonder experience strongly preferred)
Proven experience leading end‑user training initiatives for large or complex implementations
Demonstrated ability to create and manage project plans across multiple workstreams
Deep experience in training content development and end‑user delivery
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment
Willingness and ability to travel as required
