Hands-on experience supporting and migrating on‑prem data platforms to cloud (AWS preferred)
Demonstrated experience managing data reconciliation and validation during complex migrations
Strong ability to debug and resolve production issues using Java and/or Python
Problem-solving skills with the ability to work in real-time, high‑pressure production environments
Experience working with large datasets and complex data pipelines
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical stakeholders

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
