Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Global Operations organization by applying strong analytical, data, and systems expertise to advance a global clean-data initiative. The role focuses on improving the quality, consistency, and structure of operational data across platforms—most notably within ServiceNow and related operational systems.
Analysts will analyze current data and processes, design future-state data models and flows, and help implement changes that strengthen operational reporting, automation, and decision-making. The large majority of this role is centralized around looking at the existing data footprint across multiple systems and owning the clean up and remediation efforts across the systems and ensuring data meets existing governance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze current-state data flows, system dependencies, and operational processes that impact data accuracy.
- Design improved or future-state data structures, mappings, and workflows in support of global clean-data efforts.
- Support data cleansing activities, normalization efforts, and large-scale data remediation projects.
- Prepare and execute data-related test cases, queries, and validation scripts for UAT cycles.
- Collaborate with system owners to ensure data updates are implemented correctly and sustainably.
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries, standards, and governance documentation.
- Identify risks across people, process, data, and systems related to data quality or change impacts.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis
- Strong experience in large-scale data remediation/cleansing efforts between multiple systems
- Experience with ServiceNow
-Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
- Skilled in documenting data flows, data models, and system/process interactions - overall process documentation
- Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complex data/system topics.
- Proficient with process modeling and data visualization tools.
- Comfortable creating test cases, performing UAT, and validating data updates.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience working across global or multi-region teams.
