Coupa Quality Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Coupa Quality Analyst to support a major procurement system transformation initiative for a large utility company in Dallas, Texas. This role will partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand current‑state processes, define future‑state workflows, and translate requirements into effective test strategies. The QA resource will be responsible for establishing testing scope, coverage, and methodology to ensure quality across complex, cross‑functional workflows. A strong ability to participate in discovery discussions and turn business needs into testable scenarios is key. The functional focus includes end‑to‑end process testing across procurement and supplier‑facing workflows. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth system transition and overall solution quality.

• 3+ years of QA experience, with a strong focus on enterprise or business systems
• Hands-on QA testing experience in Coupa, specifically within Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and/or Expense modules
• Solid understanding of procurement and finance workflows, including requisitions, approvals, POs, invoicing, and expenses
• Proven experience testing integrations and end-to-end data flows between systems
• Experience performing regression testing in support of Coupa quarterly releases and configuration changes
• Hands-on experience validating how Coupa data integrates with downstream ERP systems such as Oracle EBS, SAP, or similar systems
• Ability to validate data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation between Coupa and ERP systems

• Strong understanding of Coupa transaction data flows (P2P, expenses, suppliers, invoices) into Oracle EBS
• Proven ability to validate data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation between Coupa and Oracle EBS
• Prior experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion integrations
