Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CMM Programmer with strong expertise in Zeiss Calypso programming to join our aerospace team. This role is responsible for developing and optimizing CMM programs for first article, in-process, and final inspection, while ensuring all materials and finished products conform to customer specifications, aerospace standards, and company requirements. The ideal candidate excels at CMM programming and GD&T interpretation.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 8 years of inspection and/or precisionexperience.
5 years experience with Calypso CMM programming
Proven experience working with tight tolerances and GD&T parameters
Ability to work first shift
Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

SPC (Statistical Process Control) experience
Experience with Zeiss PiWeb reporting.
Familiarity with AS9102 FAI requirements.
Prior work in AS9100 or ISO 9001 certified environments.
Experience training or mentoring others in CMM operation and programming.
