Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Build Engineer in Cleburne, TX. This individual will support the planning, coordination, and execution of manufacturing and engineering projects throughout the build process. They will work closely with engineering, production, and leadership teams to track project milestones, resolve technical challenges, coordinate resources, and ensure builds are completed on schedule. The ideal candidate is hands-on, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and able to balance both technical and project-related responsibilities in a startup environment. This is a fully onsite position. The compensation range for this role is $85,000-$130,000 annually, plus stock options and potential gross profit sharing on sales.

Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of experience supporting technical, engineering, or manufacturing projects
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering OR equivalent hands-on engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience coordinating engineering, production, or fabrication efforts
Ability to work onsite in Cleburne, TX
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Aerospace industry experience
Defense industry experience
Experience with SpaceX, Firefly Aerospace, Tesla, or similar advanced manufacturing companies
Experience supporting fabrication, welding, assembly, or production builds
Experience working in a startup environment
