SSO Implementation Engineer

A client is seeking a fully remote SSO Implementation Engineer to support a customer on a new Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation initiative. This person will play a key role in designing, configuring, and deploying SSO solutions within a Microsoft-centric environment.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role, so we’re looking for someone who can both execute technically and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support end-to-end SSO implementation efforts across customer environments
• Design and configure SSO integrations using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Integrate applications using SSO protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OIDC
• Work closely with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions
• Manage identity and access configurations across Azure / Entra / Intune environments
• Troubleshoot authentication issues and optimize SSO performance
• Support device and endpoint management via Microsoft Intune
• Document configurations, workflows, and implementation processes
• Operate independently while managing timelines and deliverables

• Proven experience delivering successful SSO implementations (must-have)
• Strong hands-on experience with:
o Microsoft Azure
o Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
o SSO technologies and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
o Microsoft Intune
• Strong communication skills – will be customer facing

• Healthcare industry experience
