Electrical Construction Manager

This individual will be responsible for managing electrical installation activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving projects to successful completion.

Day to day:
• Oversee all electrical construction activities on-site from mobilization through project closeout.
• Manage and coordinate electrical/mechanical subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to project requirements.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and site walks.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and project standards.
Coordinate electrical installations with mechanical, structural, and civil teams.

Required Qualifications:
• 10–15+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or Electrical Construction Manager.
• Experience managing electrical scopes on large commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and construction sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and field teams.
