Job Description
A client of Insight Global is a rapidly growing leader in the construction and engineering industry seeking a Director of Project Operations Solutions to lead one of the most strategic functions within its Building Lifecycle Solutions organization. This individual will oversee multiple solution domains - including Preconstruction, Design, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Construction, and Operations Support - and be responsible for ensuring they operate as a connected, scalable ecosystem that supports the full lifecycle of project delivery.
This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who understands both construction operations and business strategy. The Director will establish operating models, governance structures, workflows, technology strategies, and organizational priorities that enable teams across the business to work more efficiently and consistently. They will partner closely with executive leadership, technology teams, operational stakeholders, and divisional leaders to align solutions with how work is performed in the field while driving long-term scalability and innovation.
Success in this role requires a leader who can operate at both a strategic and tactical level - someone comfortable presenting to executive leadership, influencing enterprise-wide decisions, mentoring senior leaders, and guiding large-scale technology and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses deep construction industry expertise, understands the full project lifecycle from estimating through field execution, and has a track record of transforming operations through people, process, and technology. This leader will ultimately define how the organization delivers, supports, and continuously improves the solutions that power project execution across the enterprise.
