Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to support and drive technology initiatives across the organization. This role will serve as a shared resource for all IT teams, leading and coordinating projects across infrastructure, applications, and support functions.


In addition to core IT project delivery, this role will lead technology rollouts for business units and oversee IT coordination for job site setups and closures. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects, vendors, and service-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

- Lead and coordinate IT projects across multiple teams and functional areas

- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely completion of initiatives

- Provide clear and consistent communication to IT teams and business partners


Technology Rollouts

- Plan and execute technology implementations across departments

- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption

- Coordinate training, documentation, and rollout support


Job Site IT Coordination

- Oversee IT setup for job sites, including internet, hardware, and related services

- Coordinate setup and teardown timelines aligned with project schedules

- Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure readiness and support


Service & Billing Management

- Ensure all services (internet, telecom, subscriptions, etc.) are properly discontinued at job closure

- Coordinate with vendors to prevent unnecessary or ongoing charges

- Maintain tracking of active services and closures

Skills & Competencies

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

- Self-starter who can work independently and across teams

- Comfortable working with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience

- 2+ years of experience in IT project management, project coordination, or a similar role

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Working knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, or service delivery

- Experience coordinating with vendors and managing service-related activities preferred

- PMP, CAPM, Scrum, or similar certification is a plus, but not required
