Job Description
The Training & Documentation Specialist is responsible for developing, standardizing, and maintaining high quality training materials and technical documentation that enable system adoption, operational consistency, and process clarity across a global enterprise environment. This role partners closely with ERP Support, IT, and business stakeholders to translate complex workflows and systems into clear, user friendly documentation and training experiences. The position operates with a high level of autonomy and plays a critical role in supporting enterprise systems, digital adoption initiatives, and continuous process improvement. Key responsibilities will include the below -
• Own and maintain the Global Technical Library for ERP and IT systems, consolidating fragmented documentation into a centralized, standardized repository.
• Define and document standard operating procedures and workflows to support consistent system usage across teams and regions.
• Manage content strategy, creation, and updates for the Digital Adoption Platform, ensuring guidance aligns with current system functionality and business processes.
• Create scalable training assets for global audiences, ensuring clarity for both technical and non technical users.
• Collaborate with ERP Support leadership to identify training gaps, user error patterns, and opportunities for proactive enablement.
• Establish documentation standards and best practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and long term maintainability.
• Support onboarding, system rollouts, and change initiatives through structured training programs and stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong technical writing background with demonstrated ability to clearly document workflows, processes, and system functionality.
• Proven experience translating complex technical concepts into clear, digestible content for non technical audiences.
• Hands on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or Digital Adoption Platforms.
• Ability to quickly absorb new systems, tools, and processes and convert them into effective training and documentation.
• Experience working independently with full ownership of documentation and training deliverables.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple documentation and training initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder facing skills, including leading training sessions for large groups.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting ERP platforms or enterprise wide systems in a global or multi region environment.
• Background in IT, systems support, or enterprise applications documentation.
• Experience building or restructuring a centralized documentation library from existing content.
• Familiarity with change management or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience creating video based training content and interactive learning materials.
• Exposure to process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
