Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a System Administrator to support a corporate IT environment with an overlay of compliance requirements. This individual will support a predominantly Windows environment with some macOS and Linux users, handling a mix of ticket‑based support and project work. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include troubleshooting end‑user issues, administering virtualized environments, managing backups, monitoring systems, and supporting device and tenant management. This person will also assist with building specialized environments for engineers, supporting leadership requests, and helping maintain compliance with CMMC Level 2 requirements, with potential cross‑training to support ISSO functions as needed. The compensation range for this role is $105,000–$115,000 per year.

Required Skills & Experience
- Eligibility to obtain a DoD Secret clearance (can hold up to SCI)
- Security+ certification
- 5+ years of systems administration experience in a mixed environment
- Strong experience supporting Windows (heavy), with exposure to Linux and macOS
- Hands-on experience with virtualization, backup, and monitoring tools (VMware, Veeam, Splunk)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting DoD‑regulated or CMMC environments
