A customer of Insight Global is looking to hire a Senior Program Manager to come onboard! This individual will support large-scale, enterprise IT program initiatives within a fully internal-facing environment, working across multiple high-visibility programs tied to infrastructure and field operations. The role is heavily focused on coordination, stakeholder alignment, and program governance, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams. This person will operate in a highly collaborative environment with a high meeting cadence, supporting leadership within Field Operations and driving alignment across internal teams. Responsibilities
-Coordinate and manage multiple enterprise IT programs and interconnected projects (Construction CPE Install, Magellan/Granite Alignment, MNE Staging Process, Managed Services Tiger Team)
-Facilitate a high volume of cross-functional meetings, ensuring alignment across internal teams and stakeholders
-Develop and maintain program artifacts including agendas, notes, project plans, and status reporting documentation
-Track program progress, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics across multiple workstreams
-Ensure governance frameworks, controls, and reporting standards are consistently followed
-Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and identify opportunities for cost and schedule optimization
-Proactively maintain executive-level summaries (e.g., PowerPoint one-pagers) for program visibility
-Act as a central point of coordination to enable execution across teams (~80% coordination / 20% execution)

Required Skills & Experience
-10+ years of experience in enterprise IT program or project management
-7+ years managing multiple concurrent projects with dependencies and cross-functional stakeholders
-Strong experience with program governance, risk tracking, and executive-level reporting
-Proven experience managing budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation across programs
-Experience within telecom, infrastructure, or field operations environments
-Expertise in facilitating cross-functional communication in a highly matrixed organization
-Hands-on experience with project/program tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-PMP certification strongly preferred (or equivalent PM certifications)
-Prior experience with telecom providers (rehire eligible, must be in good standing)
-Experience supporting Field Operations or infrastructure deployment programs
-Willingness to travel occasionally to office locations (Austin, Charlotte, Denver, St. Louis)
Compensation: $40/hr to $50/hr
