Job Description
A customer of Insight Global is looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst to come onboard! This senior analyst will join the FP&A Team under the Strategy department and play a pivotal role in driving growth, enhancing profitability, and supporting business transformation. As an individual contributor that operates highly independently with minimal supervision, you will take full ownership of building, enhancing, evolving and running the commercial finance partnership with the US Revenue department and respective FP&A activities and processes. This is an in-office role at the Indeed Domain Tower, five days per week with the option to work from home on Thursdays.
Business Partnership & Commercial Finance
• Partner closely with the US Revenue team to provide financial insight and commercial decision support.
• Support pricing, customer profitability, commercial terms, renewals, and new business opportunities.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate profitability and support commercial decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue performance and profitability.
• Develop a strong understanding in cost drivers like payroll taxes and workers compensation insurance.
FP&A, Forecasting & Performance Management
• Own monthly revenue and gross profit forecasting, with clear visibility into pricing, volume, mix, and cost drivers.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, and performance management processes .
• Deliver reporting, analysis, and insights to senior leadership to support decision-making.
• Reconcile financial and sales data to ensure integrity and improve forecast accuracy.
• Continuously improve reporting, processes, and governance to drive efficiency and better decision support.
• Collaborate closely with Accounting and Finance Operations to ensure robust support for the Revenue function.
• Identify manual bottlenecks in the current FP&A cycle. Design and implement automated workflows to reduce time spent on data manipulation.
Cross-Functional & Strategic Support
• Partner with Accounting and Finance Operations to ensure a robust month-end close process.
• Lead or support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives across Commercial Finance and FP&A.
• Act as a highly independent individual contributor, operating with minimal supervision and strong ownership.
Others:
• Lead assigned ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives under the Global Commercial Finance and FP&A areas.
Serve as a key contributor to cross-functional programs and transformation efforts.

Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance, including direct support to revenue/sales teams in high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to partner with commercial stakeholders and influence decision-making, including exposure to senior leadership.
• Highly independent and self-driven, with strong ownership and the ability to operate with minimal supervision.
• Advanced analytical and modeling skills, with experience working with large datasets and building robust financial models (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• A track record of looking at a manual, 4-hour task and finding a way to do it in 15 minutes using modern productivity tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) to troubleshoot complex spreadsheet formulas, summarize large datasets, or bridge gaps between different software systems.

• Experience in a PE backed company
• Experience in tech, marketplace, or staffing industries.
