Insight Global is seeking a Security Systems Engineer to support one of the largest clean energy companies in the world. This position will be located in Austin Texas, reporting 5 days a week, onsite. You will be responsible for the technical delivery of the security systems, including access control, intrusion detection and video surveillance systems. On a day-to-day basis you will be working from a ticketing system to tie the newly installed devices (access control card readers and security cameras) to the companys internal security infrastructure. You will utilize your skills and experience to coordinate with the Project Managers and security vendors to make sure the software has been integrated. If there are any faults or errors, you will perform root cause analysis and collaborate with onsite technicians to remedy the problem and create solutions. A strong member of the team will be able to collaborate with Project Managers and Security Architects to plan and execute new builds and service.
Expected pay rate is $57.00/hr

0-3 years of experience within the information security or installation field experience
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field or relevant experience
Microsoft office and Excel
Certified in Genentech Ominicast or Milestone
Certified as a Gallagher Access Technician
Understanding of segmentation or partitioning in a system
Plan Grid or Autodesk construction cloud
