A semiconductor customer in Austin, Texas is looking for an Operations Analyst to join their team. This person will be doing workforce planning and analyzing the overall business. They will help calculate headcount needs then decide the headcount that is required and send to HR. They need someone familiar with semi industry
This person needs strong analytical skills and this person should be very strong working with excel.

-Experience working on the sales or business side -
-Data collection experience
-Experience forecasting with workforce

-Technology experience - Semiconductor fab as engineer it could be beneficial
-SAP experience
-Bachelors degree
-Statistical modeling experience
