Job Description

An Insight Global client is currently looking for a Legal Operations & Contract Specialist to join their team. This individual will support the team
by managing legal intake and contract workflows from request through execution, including triaging and routing matters, tracking approvals and follow‑ups, processing signatures, and maintaining accurate contract data, while partnering with Procurement and TPRM on vendor‑related matters, handling renewals, terminations, and standard legal notices, communicating status updates to stakeholders, and supporting broader legal operations projects and process initiatives. The payrate for this role depending on level of experience ranges from $30-38/hour.

Required Skills & Experience

* 5+ years of experience in contracts administration, legal operations, or contract lifecycle management (CLM)
* Hands-on experience managing end-to-end contract workflows, including intake, approvals, execution, renewals, and terminations
* Proven experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, business stakeholders, and external vendors
* Experience using CLM tools to manage contract workflows and documentation
* Experience with Ironclad platform
*Experience with Salesforce for legal intake, request triage, and queue management (e.g., routing NDAs for attorney review)
* Experience with vendor management processes, TPRM/procurement workflows, legal notices, compliance support, and COI/insurance tracking
* Comfortable learning and using new technologies, including AI-enabled tools

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Experience driving AI adoption, automation, or process improvements within Legal Operations or Contracts functions
