Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale data initiatives, specifically an Informatica implementation. This role will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment across business and technical teams while driving successful execution of complex data programs.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Track progress, manage risks/issues, and provide escalation support as needed.
• Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
• Oversee implementation of data platforms such as Informatica (MDM, PowerCenter, IDMC, or similar tools).
• Coordinate data migration, governance, and data quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, engineers, and analysts.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive-level updates.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and security standards.
• Develop business requirement documents (BRDs) and process maps.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in PM role within data or technology environments.
Experience with Informatica implementation (or Enterprise Data Management (EDM) or Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives
Strong knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and data architecture concepts.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, scope, and timelines.
Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent
Experience with:
o Cloud platforms (Oracle, Azure, AWS)
o Data platforms (Data Warehouse, Hadoop, Databricks, etc.)
o Data governance frameworks and tools
Experience in large enterprise environments or regulated industries.
