Job Description

The Program Manager of Business Operations is responsible for developing and maintaining integrated schedules that align activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Test, and Operations. This role serves as the central coordination point for multiple product-based Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), ensuring product development, manufacturing readiness, qualification, procurement, and customer delivery activities remain synchronized to meet business and program objectives.

The successful candidate will manage cross-functional dependencies, critical paths, resource constraints, and schedule risks while providing senior leadership (including the C-suite) with actionable insights to support execution across multiple programs and product lines.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS), Program Planning, Master Planning, Manufacturing Planning & Scheduling, Supply Chain Planning, or Operations Planning.
• Experience coordinating activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations organizations.
• Experience coordinating activities across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in product development and manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and production ramp activities.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• PMP or PMI-SP Certification
• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Experience with supporting engineering/electronics businesses
• Experience with Integrated Master Plans (IMP), program controls, Earned Value Management (EVM) preferred.
