Job Description
The client is seeking two Senior or Lead‑level AI/ML Engineers to support the design, development, and integration of AI capabilities within an AWS‑centric ecosystem. This role will focus on building and operating MCP servers, optimizing small language models (SLMs), and enabling agent‑based workflows aligned to near‑term (Q2) use cases.
Engineers will work hands‑on with requirements, documentation, configurations, and multiple data sources to design scalable AI services. The role also involves supporting data traversal and transformations, integrating with Snowflake‑backed pipelines, and ensuring solutions align with existing AWS hosting and integration patterns (including AWS Bedrock). Candidates must be local to India and able to work onsite 3 days per week.

Required Skills & Experience
*4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
* Strong hands‑on experience with AWS, including AWS Bedrock
* Experience building and managing MCP servers
* Exposure to LLMs, ML models, and AI system architecture
*Strong Python programming skills
*Experience working on at least 1–2 AI/ML projects
*Experience with data processing, transformations, and Snowflake
*Ability to work from office 3 days per week (India)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
*Experience leading or owning AI/ML components
*Experience optimizing SLMs and agent workflows
*Exposure to enterprise‑scale AI platforms
Mentoring or technical guidance experience
