Job Description
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate readiness for Epic implementation.
• Assess hardware requirements and ensure infrastructure meets Epic standards.
• Identify and coordinate integration needs across Epic modules and third-party systems.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, field services, and client stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of Epic build components across PB, Prelude, Cadence, and Ambulatory.
• Collaborate with HIM team for legacy EMR (Athena) data migration.
• Monitor project milestones, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide operational guidance and ensure adherence to project timelines.
