Job Description

The Superintendent will lead day-to-day field operations on a large-scale data center project, working closely with foremen and AFL project managers. This is an 80% boots-on-the-ground role responsible for running the project, managing headcount, reviewing daily reports, and resolving both personnel and project-related issues. The Superintendent will act as the face of CCC in site meetings and client communications.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of construction experience
5+ years leading large field teams
Wiring experience required (structured cabling or low voltage preferred; electrical background accepted)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Comfortable in a project-manager-style role
Bilingual required
Willing to work 60–64 hours/week with rotating night shifts
