Promote a strong safety culture on site
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
Ensure OSHA and company policy compliance
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and orientations
Maintain safety documentation and reports
Partner with field teams to identify and mitigate risks
Support safety training and project safety initiatives

Required Skills & Experience
Active CHST Certification (Required)
3+ years of construction safety experience preferred
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced construction environments
Data center experience preferred
Flexible to work occasional night shifts as needed
