Job Description
Responsible for leading and supervising cable installation crews on commercial and data center projects. Oversees structured cabling installations, daily jobsite activities, safety, quality, and productivity.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in cable installation and low‑voltage systems
Proven experience managing and leading field crews
Strong knowledge of structured cabling systems (fiber and copper)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Solid understanding of jobsite safety and best practices
Data center experience preferred, not required
Strong communication and leadership skills
