Job Description
The Electrical Test Lead is responsible for overseeing daily testing, validation, and commissioning activities for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) units within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role leads and supports a team of test technicians, providing hands‑on technical guidance, coordinating daily work assignments, and ensuring all testing is performed safely, accurately, and in compliance with electrical and quality standards. The Test Lead partners closely with engineering, production, quality, and customer‑facing teams to troubleshoot issues, analyze test and field performance trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions. This position plays a key role in improving test processes, documenting results, developing team capability, and ensuring product reliability and readiness prior to deployment.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years experience in electrical testing within a manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years in a quality or related role.
- 3+ years of experience leading technicians.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or related field
- Experience with Minitab or a similar software
- CQE (Certified Quality Engineer_
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- Experience with root-cause analysis tools (5 whys, Fishbone, FMEA)
