Pay Rate

$26 - $36 (hourly estimate)

Job Description

- Carries out radiology requisitions and views. Uses radiographic technique, PACS, and assists
other staff members as needed.
- Operates all portables and C-Arm equipment.
- Memorizes what views each physician requires on exams.
- Assists patients in getting into the positions required to get the radiographs needed with the
occasional need to lift the patient.
- Takes x-rays following established procedures for patient care and safety.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: Six months experience as a radiologic technologist required.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of course work in radiologic technology approved by the ARRT.
- Current ARRT certification & current TN licensure.
- BLS certification.
- Knowledge of radiographic technique
- Knowledge of PACS

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Orthopedic experience
