Key Responsibilities
• Lead and facilitate meetings with cross functional stakeholders, ensuring clear objectives, productive discussions, and actionable outcomes.
• Communicate effectively through polished verbal and written updates, presentations, and executive level briefings.
• Manage fast paced timelines and meeting deadlines by thinking critically and creatively to solve problems, assess risks, and recommend solutions.
• Manage complex tasks and technical details while maintaining the ability to translate them into concise, high level summaries for leadership.
• Demonstrate executive presence in interactions with senior leaders & customers.
• Drive a strong customer service mindset, ensuring internal and external stakeholders receive timely, thoughtful, and effective support.
• Collaborate across teams to align on priorities, remove obstacles, and advance key initiatives.
