Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking one to two Maintenance Technicians to support a senior living community in Nashville, TN. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a full-service facility including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. Candidates will be responsible for completing work orders, performing general maintenance, and ensuring a safe and functional environment for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to and complete maintenance work orders through internal system
Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, and basic facility maintenance
Prioritize tasks based on urgency and respond to real-time issues/emergencies
Maintain assigned areas of the facility and build familiarity with layout and residents
Collaborate with maintenance team on larger or 2-person jobs as needed
Provide excellent service while interacting with residents and staff

Team / Environment:

Reports to Director of Maintenance
Team of ~4 additional maintenance technicians
Work orders assigned by area; mix of independent and team-based work

Required Skills & Experience

1+ years of maintenance or facilities experience
Experience with basic trades: plumbing, electrical, general repairs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working in a resident-facing environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

HVAC certification or hands-on HVAC experience (higher pay potential)
Experience in healthcare, senior living, or similar environments
