Job Description
We are looking for an exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to lead our scheduling, dispatch, and CRM operations. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers, office staff, and field teams while helping build the systems and processes that support a rapidly growing business.

Responsibilities
Lead daily scheduling and dispatch for field teams
Serve as the primary administrator for the company's CRM and operational software
Maintain accurate customer and job information
Drive CRM implementation, migration, and ongoing optimization
Improve workflows and standardize operational processes
Coordinate communication between customers, office staff, and field personnel
Support onboarding and integration of acquired businesses into company systems
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and process improvements
Assist leadership with operational projects and initiatives

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years experience ideally in dispatch or scheduling
Extremely organized with exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and excellent culture fit
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable learning and leveraging new technology
In-office, five days per week
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in home services, residential construction, or light construction
Dispatch and scheduling experience
Experience working within CRM or field service software
Basic understanding of construction terminology and workflows
Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, or systems integrations
