Our team is looking for is seeking an Associate IT Specialist local to Nashville, TN.
This is a hands‑on, operational role focused on mobile device lifecycle management, utilization auditing, and technology readiness across a growing healthcare enterprise.
The key responsibilities include:
- Perform usage audits
-Support technology readiness for expansions and newly acquired facilities
-Ensure devices, carriers, and configurations are in place ahead of go‑lives
-Provide white‑glove customer service to physicians, nurses, administrators, and hospital staff
-Build strong working relationships with end users
Escalate break/fix and troubleshooting issues appropriately

Strong Exposure to Apple Devices
Bachelors Degree in related field
Strong customer service and relationship building background
Strong Excel skills
