We are seeking a results-driven Security Account Executive to develop and grow customer relationships by delivering integrated physical security solutions. This role manages the full sales cycle while partnering closely with customers to understand needs, deliver value-driven solutions, and drive long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
• Sell integrated security solutions including physical security, cyber, maintenance, managed, and professional services
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through direct engagement with decision-makers
• Lead proposal development, presentations, and negotiations
• Identify and pursue opportunities across assigned markets (manufacturing, utilities, financial services, healthcare, data centers, government, and education)
• Collaborate with sales engineers, designers, and project teams to deliver winning solutions

• 5-10 years of B2B Sales Experience
• Ability to understand customer challenges and align solutions
• Proactive, self-motivated individual
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office & CRM’s
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Selling complex electronic security or fire solutions
