Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a senior strategy and program leader to drive enterprise‑level transformation across global clearance and trade operations. This is a leader‑of‑leaders role with no direct reports but significant influence across strategy, operations, technology, and executive leadership. This role is ideal for someone who brings structure to ambiguity, shapes direction in complex environments, and confidently advises senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Shape strategy and execution for large, multifaceted enterprise initiatives
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on global clearance and trade operations
- Lead and oversee multiple program workstreams aligned to enterprise goals
- Translate business needs into process, operating model, and technology requirements
- Build PowerPoint visuals, performance metrics, and executive‑ready decision materials
- Provide clear executive briefings on progress, risks, and recommendations
- Identify risks early and develop mitigation and contingency plans
- Influence project leads, stakeholders, and third‑party partners without direct authority
- Partner cross‑functionally across operating companies and vendors

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise‑level programs or initiatives
- Senior‑level background in strategy, planning, program leadership, or trade operations
- Proven ability to influence leaders and teams without direct authority
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Analytical, structured thinker comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Bachelor’s degree
- Comfortable with occasional travel

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Global clearance, customs, or trade compliance experience
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries
